Heather is a graduate of the NC School of Advanced Bodywork and has studied at four additional schools in Thailand. She specializes in combining both Eastern & Western modalities to restore balance in the body for overall wellness.

    Heather is a Thai Massage Instructor & Study Abroad Guide for Living Sabai Thai Massage School in Charlotte, NC. She teaches multiple classes throughout the year at the NC Massage School. These classes vary from 1-3 days and also have a focus on proper body mechanics for career longevity. Study Abroad opportunities are available for students wanting to extend their studies in Thailand for additional advanced courses.

    Private training and mentorship is available for those wanting to learn one on one or in a small group setting.
